About Us

Who We Are

Next Level Organization Empowerment Program (N-LEP) is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Southaven, Mississippi that provides education, life skills training, and workforce development services for at-risk youth and young adults in Northwest Mississippi.

Our Vision

To reduce recidivism by providing rehabilitation services for the hearts, minds, and souls of underprivileged individuals.

Computer and Technology Training
N-LEP provides computer technology training to ensure individuals are equipped with skills for the workforce and everyday life. We offer Basic Computer, Microsoft Office 365, and other various software training courses.
Continuing Education & GED Services
N-LEP provides continuing education courses, including mentoring & tutoring, GED preparation, educational enrichment classes (Reading & Math), and post-secondary preparation.
Life Skills Training
N-LEP offers life training to aid in youth development and overall wellness. Programs include self-awareness, critical thinking, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
Parenting Classes
N-LEP is dedicated to impacting the entire family. Parenting classes include life skills, effective parenting, communication skills, anger/conflict management, and financial literacy.
Personal Development Opportunities
N-LEP offers youth development programs to aid participants in employability skills, work ethics, goal setting, time management, communication skills, and teamwork, and volunteerism.
Workforce Development
N-LEP offers support for job placement, resume/cover letter assistance, and interviewing/professionalism workshops.
